Registration includes access to all sessions and workshops; daily breaks and coffee/tea; Monday night dessert reception; and lunch, dinner, and dessert on Tuesday and Wednesday. A complimentary, full-service hot breakfast is provided for all hotel guests each morning.

Hotel Rooms

GACX's group rate at the Embassy Suites Denton is $149/night (plus tax). The hotel's spacious, 2-room suites are available with either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. Room rates include wifi, parking, and a full, hot breakfast buffet.

Getting There

Embassy Suites Denton is a 30-mile (~31 minutes) drive from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and a 37-mile (~45 minutes) drive from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

Uber, Lyft, and shared ride services can be arranged from either airport. 

Common Questions

Cancellation & Refund
Registration fees are fully refundable for cancellations confirmed 30 days before the event (September 3, 2023). A 50% refund will be provided up to 10 days before the event (September 23, 2023). Unless otherwise stated, there can be no refunds within 10 days of the event.

  • All registration fees will be fully refunded if the event is officially canceled for any reason.
  • A partial refund (80%) may also be offered if a participant is impacted by a medical emergency, personally or in their immediate family, and contacts us 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
  • A partial refund (80%) may be provided for international participants who encounter unexpected travel difficulties due to visa issues.

Please note: the hotel, airlines, and other travel services may have different cancellation and refund policies; these are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

GACX reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the event team, to cancel and refund the registration of any participant deemed a reasonable risk to the health or safety of others in attendance or otherwise compromises the integrity of the event. 

Networking and collaboration are two key goals of the GACX Forum. Participation in the whole event is strongly encouraged for the benefit of all participants. 

While a few participants may need to arrive late or depart early, GACX cannot provide any discounts or other adjustments to the registration cost.   

GACX is unable to provide registration discounts, scholarships, or other financial assistance to students or international participants.

International participants that have a relationship with a US-based organization should first attempt to secure a letter of invitation through that organization.

GACX will only issue a letter of invitation for individuals affiliated with a member organization.  Letters of invitation issued by GACX can only support travel to and from Dallas / Denton, Texas during the dates necessary to attend the Forum.
